Pin Connection.

I know it might sound stupid, but will the pin connectors on this fan be like the 6+2Pci-E ones?

Becasue I would like to have two of THESE as intake, and control my fans with THIS.

Would this setup work? + For the curious ones, my case is a Fractal R2

I'm not entirely sure what you're asking, but the connections on case fans are nothing like PCI-E connections.

They are 4 pin, PWM fans, but can they be used on a standard fan 3pin connection?

Yes they can be used on a fan controller, just like they can be used on a normal 3pin mobo header, you just lose the PWM function, as that connecter has nothing to connect too.
