6-Pin Power adapter Question

Hey

I have just bought (from OcUk of course) this Molex to Pci-E power adapter for my new Radeon 4870.

However I am not sure whether everything on it is correct. Heres a pic.

Notice that one Pin is missing, however, there are two wires that go into one of the one below it, whereas only one wire in the others.

Is it supposed to be like this? Or will it not matter?

well does the same slot on your gfx card have a pin there?

put it together then if it doesnt work contact ocuk
