Is there any way to reduce pinch punctures? I'm currently running mavic CXP22 rims, but I'm finding that without our pot-holed crumbled up roads that I'm getting punchers from the tube being pinched when hitting bad roads at high speed.

The tubes are installed correctly but even at high psi the shock of hitting some of holes (unavailable) is enough to flatten the tube to the point where it gets pinched.

What pressure are you running at?

I used to get a lot of pinch punctures when I first started cycling, pretty much stopped as soon as i got a track pump and could pump them up properly.

Yeah... sounds like you're running at too low pressure. Aside from that, go around pot holes rather than through them :p Best way to avoid pinch flats.

edit: Though I don't see why people punch you for getting a flat tyre

23mm Kendas at the moment.

My 25mm Michelin Pro4 Endurance tyres have a recommended (minimum) pressure of ~90psi. I imagine your 23mm tyres recommend slightly higher than that (should say on the side).

..and from what you've said you're running them at a maximum of 75 psi

Definitely get a new track pump :) You can get cheap ones on ebay.
