50mb/s playing CS:GO with a ping of ~50ms. Smooth playing.
As soon as someone in the house decides to start browsing instagram, facebook, youtube or just simply loading web pages i start getting ping spikes of upto 300ms = Deaths. It is ridiculous!
At ~50mb/s this shouldn't be happening its not like there inst enough bandwidth for my game to run smoothly and the pic to load a tenth of a second slower
Ive looked into Qos and at present im using the standard Virgin media superhub but i have a linksys and netgear router which i'll be looking to install third party firmware on for this feature but its hardly the point. this shouldn't be happening!
Any ideas why?
Rage over.
Thanks
