Before anyone says it's my system, it's not 
. My brother while playing Prototype completely locks up with a Pink Screen, sometimes it's brown and sometimes blue. This doesn't come with any writing such as a BSOD but it's a complete screen colour. You can hear the sound buzz like crazy, it also happens in ANNO 2070. Older the game less likely to do it!, it's only started to do this in the last two weeks.
