I ahve pinnacle studio 9.4.3 and have instaled it on a windows xp pc to do some video editing and I plugged the camcorder into the pc via mini firewire to full firewire and pressed the capture tab and get this error:
Pinnacle Studio is trying to initialze a DV or digital 8 camcorder via a 1394 port.
Any ideas how I can sort this out as I am in desperate need to get this working asap.
Do I need any drivers for the firewire port?
My motherboard if you need to know it is an asus p5w dh deluxe.
