player has worked flawless for nearly a year but now it has decided to play up a little bit, what i did last to it was a update
is there anyway i could revert back to a previous firmware?
also been told there could be a service menu does anyone know how to access it?

without saying too much cinavia software, the previous version doesnt have it (3.11)
but 3.18 does

I have that BDP - but dont know anthing about that software - I havent had any problems since the latest firmware but thought I could maybe check for you if its somehting I have overlooked / not used
