I have a cracked pcb on my cdj800 mk2 and i'm wondering where i can buy this part from ?

seems the dealers wont sell spares to the public, they want to to take it in to them so they can fleece you good and proper :(

any ideas guys ?

thanks

must be a bad week for Pioneer, I broke my 6.35mm headphone socket on my DJM500 at the weekend, off down the street to pick a few various inline and pcb versions to see if i can replace it.

Can you just solder links over the tracks that are cracked? Unless it's a multi-layered PCB it should do the trick.

You have a pair of Pioneer CDJ's, you can afford to go travelling but you can't find somewhere for your dog to stay? Riiiight.

How did you manage to do that?

i got stung on ebay

i sold it because i was skint, the lad swapped the cracked pcb out of his with mine then sent me the cdj back as faulty on arival, i had to refund him via paypal as i couldn't prove otherwise

Outch, not nice to be stung on ebay, especially when pioneer djm/cdj's are involved.

So expensive :( Last time i checked the CDJ800's had gone up in price compared to what I payed for them a year or so before.

Indeed, I was mortified, it was my pride and joy, along with serato and a numark icdx

I only sold the lot as i had no work on and needed to pay my mortgage, now I just have a beautiful piece of dj equipment that is utterly useless

So no one got any other suggestions on finding this pcb in the uk ?
