Hi all, selling my Kuro and I have been asked what the hours are on it. I've tried to use all sorts of codes to access the service menu but nothing seems to work. Any ideas?
 
Would you like to list the methods you've tried? That way people won't waste their time or yours posting stuff you've already tried :)
 
Good point ...
1. tv in standby and press button below the 9 for 3 to 5 seconds then press left, up, right, up then power .. (a lot of combinations of these as well)
2. volume button up on remote hold then power on ..
3. Hold power on button on media box and then combinations of left, right, up, down ...
none have worked thus far

Never needed to use a service remote to get to the service menu with mine
Edit: Mine the 8th gen kuro

After google searching looks like you do need the remote or a RS232 cable to get the hours from the 9th gen panels
