I have just got a TS-WX206A and it has a 6 pin clip in connector for the power and presumably remote etc, but is missing.

Does anyone have any other pioneer equipment with a similar connector as I can't seem to find one online anywhere?

At the very least, if I know which pin is what connection, I can make my own lead up!

Thanks :)

I think I could get the connectors depending on a closer image. They are difficult to find without part numbers, but I have seen them around. But of course, you still need the pin-outs! You could try contacting Pioneer.

I thought they looked like PSU connectors lol. I did a fair bit of googling but nothing I found seemed to yeild any part numbers.

I did try the manual on pioneer's website but it only gives RCA wiring diagrams etc, not really any pin outs for the other bits...

Thats a weird coincidence! Do you remember what the pin out was for it? It would save me some time! Also, on a side note - how did the sub peform?

Yeh I liked the sub it was fairly decent. Annoyingly it got stolen from my car after only a few months of having it. To my best recollection it was wired like so:

Can't be anywhere near sure though. I had to play around with it a bit to get it working.

mad MSpaint skills :D thanks for that, its a decent starting point! Looks like a bit of trial and error is called for :)

Just to say I took the panel cover off this afternoon and followed the traces on the PCB and worked out which was which and wired in an old PCI-E graphics power connector.

Your picture was pretty much right I think but I didn't note down the way I wired it in the end - thanks :)

Yeah, so far so good! Needs a bit more tweaking on the levels and crossovers etc to get it sounding right though.

It only *just* fits in the boot though :D
