Just read the latest email, obivously this is not a dead donkey.

What really got to me this time is the included advertising in the email. Again. After a lot of people got annoyed last time when they sent out advertising, they setup a second list of people who would be interested in their offers, and suprise suprise they are now emailing everyone who didnt want to be included with an offer.

I kind a knew all along this thing wouldnt pay off, but have now unsubscribed due to their latest advert hidden amongst no information. Would recommend anyone else does the same, then we can at least forget about it :)

Although as I've said to others, if the aim of this was to harvest mail addresses for ads etc they are doing a rubbish job, one email every couple of months and only two in the last year with ads to buy stuff in?

This thing will go nowhere, but I'm just curious to see how it goes. Oh and I'm getting no spam to the mail account I used to sign up so it's nto liek they are giving the addresses out.

I have had enough of it and unsubscribed. The petrol companies are just playing with them. Doubt it will go anywhere. If they wen't to shell nd said we have 400,000 people who will only buy your petrol give em 10 p off. Surely that dont take a year to set up?

Oh I definitely dont think its a scam job for email addresses, too much press interest and not enough spam for that but I emailed them last time to complain about their advertising, and they did respond. This time Ive had enough, and the more they email people saying theyve got nowhere the more likely people will ubsubcribe.
