pipex email accounts - spam

just curious as to how much spam the pipex users get

currently using mailwasher to get rid of about 900 spam mails!

my pipex account seems to get 20 a day! and this is for an account that has never been used only for the very very odd direct email to a friend etc so im blaming tham or pipex themselves for getting me added to some spammers list!

I probably get one a day or so across my various Pipex addresses, including the one which I only use for mailing lists, sign ups etc.

I think it's more down to the addresses that Pipex use rather than any action on the user's part. Since all the mail addresses are only a 6 character string before the @ it's dead easy for a random address generator to get a huge number of valid addresses back.
