Pipex internet down ?

Typing this via my PC through my mobile via GPRS because my pipex connection is down....was working this morning before I went to work. Anyone else are having to resort to dial up? I am in Hereford (West Midlands) areas.

I've been with Pipex for a number of years with no issues. Although the connection is up and I am not suffering a loss of connection as you are, my connection has been running like a dog for the last few weeks. Every attempt to contact them to investiagte it ends in frustration. At best I am now getting no more than 1MB download speed. Internet gaming is a no no and as for watch video content such a youtube, forget it. *bangs head against desk*
