Pipex migration query

Hi,

I am changing from pipex 2mb to Nildram ADSL Max, in a migration faq on adsl guide it says:

It should be noted that at the present time you can only migrate to an identical product, for example 512 IPStream to 512 IPStream.

Does this mean i cannot do a simple migration via a MAC code, as i am changing to max from 2mb?

So what is the process for me migrating? Can I request a mac code? or do i just cancel the service and sign up from scratch with Nildram?

I think that particular FAQ is a bit out of date.

Yup, you should be able to migrate and regrade to Max simultaneously, though some ISPs' sites haven't been updated either.

How did you manage to get hold of your MAC from PIPEX. Getting bored of trying to get hold of mine from them.

Just hammer your connection 24/7, they'll be throwing MAC's at you then.
