Does anyone know where I could get some ducting which would enable me to channel my cables around my desk?

It'll need to fit a thick Belkin DVI cable and USB cables.

Refine your search to " Electrical conduit " or " Electrical trunking" , ducting usually refers to air ( and will be larger diameter ).

Screwfix , as an example , stock it.
