Pirate Online Game, Arrrgggghhh Style not copied games ;)

Hey up guys,

I love the old sid miers pirates,

Sea Dogs was even better.

But i remember hearding about a pirate game which was playable online.

Massive online battles and such.

But i cannot remember the name.

Any ideas?

A bit, though it's a newer way of doing it.

When a port is affected by certain conditions (like trade/pirates/etc) then it becomes open to conquest, which means a PvP zone basically. The port can then be conquered by other nations and pirates can annoy merchants in the area.

Pirates of the Carrabian was my fav pirate game, it was going to be called sea dogs 2 but they changed the name at the last moment so they could use it as the official game of the movie.
