Piriform CCleaner stopping WEI completing

Has anyone else experienced CCleaner stopping Win7 Pro completing a WEI? This is an issue on my new Skylake Z170 build, I have never had the issue before. When CCleaner is uninstalled WEI completes ok.

Last time I had CCleaner it had some sort of active monitoring? I believe you can turn that off, see if that allows WEI to finish... although WEI is useless to check how your PC performs.

I know about the active monitoring, it was turned off.
