Pixel Problem

Hello, I purchased a PHILIPS 27" 1920x1080 144Hz G-SYNC GAMING MONITOR. But when I plugged it in I saw Green vertical parallel lines. So I updated the Nvidia Control Panel. And the green lines went away. But are now replaced with Red and Blue lines. Anyone got any ideas to remove the lines? thanks

So I found the solution to the pixel problem all by myself. I sent it back to OCUK. And BOOOM a new monitor arrived in the post this morning. Sweet!!!
