Pixel split/Spills --- Samsung LS49AG950NUXXU 49" Odyssey Neo G9

Hi guys

I have owned the Samsung LS49AG950NUXXU 49" Odyssey Neo G9 since Feb this year mounted on arm, has been working perfectly, I normally game with headphones and had been gaming for approx 3 hours and heard what I can only describe as a pop sound at the same time I had this weird shape appear on the screen blocking the center of the screen

Thanks for all the replies, definitely not the monitor arm as Ergotron arm is made for this screen and you can see from the below picture



You can see from this picture with the screen turned off

The issue seems to have started at the top of the screen bang in the middle its like come away from the panel
