Something no one in this house doesyou didnt shove it cold into a preheated oven? its suposed to be in the oven when you turn it on and left to cool down slowly inside the oven as quick temprature change can break them
Same here- build the pizza on the stone and cook in the oven
The whole point is the stone should be scalding hot, something it isn't if you are building the pizza on it!
Try using a flat baking sheet which is dusted with semolina / flour as a peel and slide your pizza onto the stone in the oven.
Can someone recommend a new one
