Hi,

Can I get a p5k standard MB up to 3.3 ghz with a q6600 and Artic Freezer Pro with stability? Anyone got a big overclock on this board?

The above screen-grab is from my setup using a standard P5K (air cooled with the stock heatsink). The stock speed of an E6320 is 1.86Ghz, so it's a decent board for overclocking. There are some world record overclocks which were done with this board but those people were using modified boards to reduce vdroop.

Have used AS5 and brought the temps down to about 62 on full load.

Best thing about this OC, is that the chip runs @ 2.4GHz using speedstep, which is its normal rated speed.

Mobo is an Asus P5K-Pro.
