PKM Diamond regional issues?

hi all, im planning to grab the US edn pkm diamond on release, however i have heard a number of things which may stop me.

first off, does anyone know f WIFI is actually still included in the US release.
is Wi-Fi included in the EURO release?

also, will pokemon from UK versions Sapphire etc be transferable into US edition Diamond? i have heard that you can only transfer (cart to cart) within the same region, gah

anyone have more info?

The games are completely region free so the US one will act exactly the same as the UK one so the US one will (should) have WiFi and you will be able to trade from UK carts. I did it from UK Saph to US Emerald.
