Long story short - one of the plastics covers fell off my chair yesterday.

Rang OCUK at around lunch, today at 3pm replacements where delivered.

Now you can't beat that

wow, you're lucky, it took me just over 2 months to get the missing cushions for my pl6000 chair, in the end i had to force vertagear to send them out by demanding a tracking number from them, vertagear CS takes a month to reply lol, i'm surprised you got a bit of plastic in 1 day :eek:

They did a really good job on my AIO RMA and were pretty good with my monitor stand. Means a lot when that hassle is minimised.
