Kind of new to pc building and I want a budget PC for light to medium gaming and mostly school work. This is what I've chosen.

I'm kinda confused on the WiFi adapter is this somthing ill do myself or will it be built in for me?

If any one has a better budget pc in mind please feel free to say. My max budget is £900 to £1000

that is old hardware, surprised they're even selling it anymore.

Sadly, it appears to be the best option. I did try, but all I ended up with was the same PC:

You would need to get a monitor with a desktop. Do you have one at home or would that need to fit into the budget? If you need a monitor, would you consider a laptop like the ASUS TUF A15 for either £950 or £1000. The main difference is the GPU included (Nvidia 4050 or AMD 7600S) neither of which I am familiar with as they are mobile options. For you though, this may be an ideal compromise

I don't have a moniter at home.
The monitor is excluded from the budget. I'll most likely get a 24 inch 1080p monitor from overclockers or somewhere else once I do my research.

I was going to say i'm surprised you can't squeeze a recent gen DDR5 in there, but that might involve other retailers which we can't discuss.
Plus I suppose you're adding a windows licence. Depending on circumstance you could save money and go Linux if you have the patience to get it working.

It'll likely be quicker to build your own, can build it in an afternoon, though since this is your first try, maybe not that fast.
What's your opinion in 1080p 27 inch.
I hadn't seen a 24 inch monitor in person but I'm seeing it right now and it's quite small for my liking.
I'm right now thinking of getting a 27 inch 1080p monitor

Probably best to start a new thread in the monitor forum, with your budget/requirements, I'm one of the worst people on the forum to ask about monitors :D

For what it is worth, I think 27" is too large for 1080p, so I'd be going 1440p. But, 1440p is also more demanding on the graphics card.

I have no idea if these are good monitors, but the resolution and the size seems better.
