Placed order but got no email?

Does OC still send out emails to say the order has been received? I searched and founf some old ones from previous orders but didnt get one for the order I place this evening.

I would be very surprised if they didn't. You might want to check that it hasn't been redirected to a spam folder?

Already checked. Will give them a call in the morning... just a bit anxious/excited about putting in a big order

They usually sent a conformation E-mail when the order is placed and when it is shipped.

Have you double checked your details to ensure that they are correct?

Post in the customer service section tomorrow if you are still having issues. 5UB is very good at sorting out problems.

You should get a email pretty much straight away after ordering.

Have you setup a account? try logging in and see what the order states.

Check your junk mail, or there maybe a delay with the servers, sometimes thing do not happen straight away.

If all else fails, check your online account and the order should be there if you ordered online!

Order is placed then, if it is components that are in stock it will ship tomorrow for delivery Tuesday, feel free to post your order number in the customer service forum and I can follow it up tomorrow morning for you.

lol, just had a call from the bank ... anti-fraud. Will call OC tomorrow just to make sure as bank said they have ok'd the transaction now.

Also, If using GMail, it groups emails. I had an OCUK Email grouped with one from a few weeks before already marked as read..
