Best places to get a scratch repaired?

Hi all,

Does anyone know somewhere around leighton buzzard that would be able to repair this? And roughly how much should I expect to pay?

Did look at Chips Away but they seem to have very mixed feedback, but I guess that depends on how good the local guys are.
 
That's only one panel so it shouldn't be too much, especially as it's silver and not an exotic colour that would be difficult to match.

When I had several panels done on mine, at a local indie guy, it was around £250. Damage was similar.
 
Shame it's not a dark colour as I don't think it would work, but, on my old Black e38 I scuffed the rear bumper slightly but hid it beautifully until I could get it repaired by spraying WD40 over the scratch and polishing it, the scratch vanished from a distance and you could barely see it right up close.


I've found the same thing works well on Metallic dark Blue too! :D

I've managed to use it to remove a scuff in the past - still noticeable up close and because I knew where it was, but asking a friend and they couldn't spot it. It was a very shallow scratch though.

Might be worth a shot?
