There's also the Blue Planet come to think of it, but I don't think it's in HD if that's your thing.

If you like watching wildlife the Spy in the Jungle series is excellent, they are narrated by david attenborough.

The tiger episode is especially fantastic.

But I'm guessing you're after geology type stuff.
