Yes I know its been available for a very long time but I've just discovered I can stream online radio from my works PC into my stereo system.
I very nearly bought the Pure Evoke 3 DAB radio but I don't need to now I've got this system.
Anyway, Planet Rock is superb and they don't play the popular tunes by the classic rock bands (obviously sometimes). This morning i've had my fill of Maiden, Priest, Saxon, ELP, Rush, Cinderella, Whitesnake, tull and not a single in sight.
Rick Wakeman came on at 10 am with some funny gig touring stories.
On monday Tony Iommi has joined the team from 6pm until 8pm so I'm going have to find a way to record it.

I've also found Totalrock which is heavier but if anybody has got anymore suggestions then please give them to me.

It's quite good, but after a week or two I found it got a bit samey. Thats the problem with only playing classic rock, theres only soo much out there.

Check out Arrow Classic Rock plays a nice mix of everything (Floyd, Yes, Springstein, Sagar, Beatles, Thin Lizy, with newer stuff from coldplay etc thrown in at random intervals). Now its a Dutch station, but there isnt much talking, only news which is on the hour for about 3mins, and travel which lasts around 40seconds at around 10 past the hour during "drive time".

I once listened for 14 hours during a massive DIY binge decorating my bedroom, and there wasnt a single repeat, Can be picked up on 675 AM as well (well it can where I am on the south east coast, I am unsure of how far coverage goes inland.

edit: I will also add that the only non english strack I've heard in all my time listening to arrow is a version of Rocking in the Free World that was in Dutch

I was quite surprised at Rick Wakeman this morning on Planet Rock.
He started talking about Asian taxi drivers and how they all have a musky smell and how they've got no idea where they are going. He then proceeded to speak in an Asian accent for about a minute stereotyping a whole nation. I'll have to see if anybody puts a complaint in.
