planetside crashing

anyone still playing planetside?

i got it as its free for 14 days and thought i would give it another go.

anyway, im on vista home premium and its crashing on loading screen, ive tried running it as administrator but it still crashing. anyone no how to fix?

Runs fine here on vista64. If you've already done the usual driver updates and stuff, maybe try running it on a single core.

ive fixed it not, i had it running as xp compatable, i changed it to 98 and it works now

I love playing planetside when it first came out, but then the server populations started to waver and it went a bit crap.

I wonder if they'll ever make a planetside 2?

They should do. Theres nothing out there like it and i can see it being massivley popular ! But i dont think its going to happen.
