Anyone paid for the 6 months sub

this may be daft question but do they take the full 6 months sub out at once or do they charge the 7.69 (ish) a month with no option to cancel?

i may have full amount to sub this month anyway but with crimbo coming up im not sure :D would prefer if it was just 7.69 a month for 6 months no cancellation.
 
Yes, they take the full amount right away, at least they do with all the other sub based games ive played.

They get your money right away which is better for the companies cash flow, so you see the discount right away too.

Think of it as bulk buying, you buy more at once, you get the bigger discount too. Wouldnt make sense to then spread it out over 6 months.
 
fair play was just thinking they may have done it how WOW did it that one off of payuing for a years sub, 8.99 a month with no cancelation option then you got diablo free if you knew about that deal

OH well gunna go count am pennies :D might just suba month then get 6 after crimbo
 
be aware, you do get some benefits from this, most noticeably the 500SC a month and the cert gain %. If you cancel the 'recurring' bit, say because you dont want your CC info stored by Sony, they cancel your SC award. So wait till month 6 ><
