Planing lunch tomorrow - flavour ideas?

We've got friends over for lunch tomorrow, and I'm planing on serving:

Grilled pork chops with sliced tomato and melted mozzarella on the top, lightly steamed savoy cabbage with fried pancetta, steamed carrot batons and potato wedges.

Should I stick with plain potato wedges, or put a mix of paprika, cumin and black pepper on them. What would work best with the rest of the food? Any alternative ideas?

All the produce is locally sourced, so tastes really good and is of high quality :)
