Iam considering the following loop and invite your observations.
i7 4790 @ 4.4GHZ
2 x R9270x at stock
Monsoon M2 Reservoir D5 Premium (2 x outlets and 2 x inlets)
Thermochill 120.3 with 6 fans in push pull configuration.
MagiCool Copper Radiator Double Power - 80 mm again push pull.
120.2 TBC but likely to be pull only.
Res - CPU - 120.3 - res
Res - GPU1- Rad - GPU2 - 120.2 Rad - Res
The CPU side is pretty much set in tablets of stone its the GPU loop I less sure of.
