I just want to ask a few questions regarding a planned upgrade. I basically want a faster video card and a Dual Core CPU. Should I upgrade now, or wait abit longer.
1.) Do you think its worth upgrading my video card to a top line PCI-E card like the 7900GTX or 1900XT now? Then go LGA775 w/ E6600 when it comes out. (This of course means I will need to get a interim S939 NF-4 Mobo).
2.) Or should I just wait till Q3 2006 and go LGA775 with a E6600, RAM , new video card and mobo then?
My current config.
A64 3500 S939 on gigabyte NF-3 Ultra Mobo
Corsair XMS3200XL 1024MB DDR
1 x Leadtek A400 6800GT AGP
1 x Creative X-Fi xtreme music
1 x 20inch Dell 2005FPW LCD mon
1 x Seagate 200GB PATA + 1 x WD 80GB PATA + 1 x HGST 60GB PATA
1 x 16x DVD + 1 x 16x DVDR
