Planning for a 2nd Monitor

Ok so I currently have an Acer x223w which is 22" 1680 x 1050 at 60.0 Hz.

What I am looking for is a decent 1080p monitor to switch into my main used for gaming and have the Acer as the 2nd monitor used for the general browsing etc.

Im looking at spending 200ish quid but the lower the better. Most probably looking at 24" as well.

Some suggestions please?

Seems to be same monitor in an older monitor case (xl2410t) but minus a couple of connections/usb/& the controller thing. (s-switch). This site states it comes with it but the manufacturers site doesn't list it.

Had it in my head you was looking for a 120hz monitor for some reason (I've no idea why )..which the top two are (& nvidia 3d vision 2 ready). So you might be better off getting something else cheaper such has been suggested ^^ if happy with 60hz. Good luck

Will I notice the difference between 60hz and 120hz that much? Is it worth the extra 100 odd quid?
