Am also getting rid of my Ocz 700w,since its getting abit on or keep it i dont no.also looking for sort off quiet build.

i did wanted Silverstone Fortress FT01B-W Tower without window but they cost more.say i got the case would you reacommed putting better fan or leave one that are in there?

Looks good, but why would you replace your OCZ 700W for another OCZ 700W (with the silence lable). I'd say, either use your old PSU, which is perfectly capable of the set up or get a quality new PSU, corsair or be quiet around the 700W mark.

Edit: Go download the win7 64bit RC to use, no point buying vista now and save up the money or spend on a better mobo/psu/ sound card.

if I was doing crossfire, I'd bump it to 750w. not sure what difference there is between 4870 crossfire and 4870x2

No i aint going to crossfire at all,so will corsair 650w will be ok powering 4870x2 then?

And also is overclockers ever going to stock in Silverstone Fortress FT01B without window in?

i think Corsair TX 750W will do,plus i found one cheaper on other website for 82pound that will lower the total price.that me sorted for now,not ordering another 3 or 4 month or so,then agian might be back when any new hardware come out.
