Been considering for a while now, actually doing something with my summer months i have from 14th May - 14 Sep ish, off of uni i want to travel and do some work experience someone told me about CCUSA but im unsure, just want to have an experience for the summer instead of doing the same old at home any ideas?

Pass a retake exam which I somehow failed over the Winter Exam Periods.
Work and save money for my own car.
Going to Hungry for a 1 week training camp (TaeKwonDo).
Train for another wave of TaeKwonDo Tournaments to come after the Summer.
Watch the Olympics.

And the usual daily life and odd visits here and there.

I'm a rather boring individual.

Edit: Oh and visit the girlfriend's parents...

Working in an office for an engineering consultancy for experience but will still be going clubbing and stuff so should be good.

there may be a local volunteer group who work for the workers beer company over the summer behind the bars at various festivals such as download, reading, leeds, glasto, hyde park and other various gigs if you google the workers beer company you may be able to find your local group on there.
All the festivals are free but your wages go to the charity so your working for free as well but its a great way to do something fun over the summer months

well so far 1 reply that i wanted the others telling me there storys of what there going to be doing.

Well, you asked for ideas of what you could do, surely people telling you what they're going to do could give you some sort of inspiration?

Depends on a budget really. I plan to work for 2 months or so, until mid July, then head off to India with my girlfriend and make my way over to China where I'll be studying next year. This is good, as it involves girlfriend + travel, though does mean missing the Glade festival for the first time :(

If you want an experience...well, you could do anything really. If you specifically want to do work experience, then it'll depend what field you're interested in, if you want to do volunteer work, I'd recommend a site like Volunteer Abroad, and if you just want to travel..well, pick a place, get some flights, go and se what happens!

Graduate July 16th, and then fly to Canada ASAP after that on "Work Canada" from BUNAC. Spend July until October-ish working, and then spend October -> early 2009 travelling all around Canada and America. Then home!

Can't wait.
