plans to boost public funding of the monarchy by 45% from 2025.

Sorry plebs you're getting poorer by the second... but the King who cheated needs more cash. Inb4 this is entirely fabricated to make the King look better when he says 'No don't give me this money I don't need' and the Tories who thought this was smart then take it away to make themselves look better for... doing nothing.

Well deserved. Don’t pay nurses and doctors, nope, Big C needs it more to tackle those rising food prices.

I’ll bet he’s been eating own brand beans on toast for months.

Don’t worry he will at least pay tax on all that extra cash when he croaks.

Correct me if I'm wrong but reading that article it seems that the crown estate made huge profits recently so even after being taxed 75% he still gets a big chunk of it. Can't say I see much of an issue. Sure the timing sucks as most people are struggling but this money seems to be from a sale of some land rather than just being handed over.

The issue I see is that there shouldn't be a monarchy that people pay for ;)

Selling off the seabeds for windfarms, because someone our seabeds belong to one family.

He'd recently that he would finance the Queen - so my takeaway was that he was budget minded showing some empathy with the prols,
albeit the belated fly-by still happened, is Andrew's cottage up for rent yet.

( Seabed revenue is drying up - Norfolk windfarm company are pulling the plug on next generation due to loan-rates... putting prices up 40%. )
