Hi,
I have had a Plantronics DSP 400 Headset for sometime now and all has been great. Now all of a sudden today the speakers seem to have completely messed up. What I am hearing is all distorted and tinny, thus making any VOIP impossible. Thing is last night they were fine and this has happened all of a suddden. I can't see any broken/loose wires so maybe its internal. Is there anyway to check things or is it a call to Plantronics?
