Plastering over a ceiling

What sort of plasterer plasters over the light ceiling rose?

My sister had a plasterer in to re-skim walls and put new plaster boards up on the old wonky ceiling and skim.

And to top it off the ceiling is still wonky.

Absolutely shocking!

The correct course of action of course is to gain access to the rose with a lump hammer. Disconnect and fit new pendant set just to the side then tell the spread he has to come and make good the hole in the ceiling before he gets payed

.... Stops it happening again you see, its like training a dog, but it takes a lot longer before they stop leaving **** on the floor

Well she wanted the ceiling put right and this was what he did, over boarded it!
