Just picked one of these units up for 40 quid and got a remote for it too. Must say I am very very impressed with it. Granted, it's no Sky Plus but it has many decent features on it and uses circa 1Gb per hour.
Dead easy to use, even the missus managed to power on the PS3 watch a bit of telly, pause to go for a toilet break and carry on to watch the end.
Highly recommended as basicly you have a PVR with blu-ray and add a NAS box running Twonky Media Server for even more media goodness
