Playbook troubles..Can't even find app world icon?!

Sister got one of these for her birthday, and it's surprised me really - very responsive, feels nice to hold etc; But I can't find the app world icon?!

I don't know why..I did have to force update it via the desktop software as the other one wasn't working for some reason...

But yeah, I can't find it anywhere and I go to try and download the version from the site (http://mobileapps.blackberry.com/devicesoftware/entry.do?code=appworld) and it just says

Downloads via a USB connection are not enabled for this product. Please visit our mobile download site using the browser on your BlackBerry® smartphone.

Even when it's not connected via USB..


Any ideas? :|

Just saw that after I'd security wiped it which 'removes apps/files/etc' it's the closest I can get to a factory reset..

After it loaded everything including calculator/videos/etc was gone...

I just did the latest one that it downloads from blackberry.. Unsure if that's a beta one?
