Player Could Not Be Reached Connection Failed TDU

im getting this error everytime i try connect 2 a online race......u know i just thought of something.......if you could just do this please...complete a challange then go to check leader board to see where you are....now once you find yourself look to the far left of your name and they will be a flag of a country...just check if the flag is of your country........because i can only hear american ppl and my flag on leader boards is american??......and maybe thats why i get the connection failed error because the races im connecting to are on american servers that are too far away......how do you change your flag.......i bought my copy from england.....it even says english version but thats on a sticker that could have been made by the shop.....if im correct in my theory ive got a sneaky suspicion that the shop i bought it from imported loads from america or sumthing......unless you can change your flag.......how do you change your flag???
 
1) Rewrite what you've said to make it less of a verbal ramble

verbal ramble?? you cant understand what i wrote??....any1 with half a brain should be able 2 understand what i wrote....im sure you understand what i was getting at in my original post.....but instead of trying to help me you decided to take the mick and criticize my post......now whats that going to cause???....you could make me end up having a dislike for you(i dnt btw)...thats not positive now is it?? infact theres a number of negative things that can come from your reply.....the negatives far out weigh the positives.....hmmmm i cnt think of any positives at the mo......your the type of person who just causes crap for stupid reasons....make mountains out of mole hills....your rubbish stops things from getting to an end for no good reason....your rubbish just sidetracks the flow of things that dont need 2 be sidetracked.....your crap makes things go on for longer than necessary......basically you a time wasting internet forum loser who talks crap when theres no need 2.

about the punctuation.....what if i dnt know how to use punctuation?? didnt you think about that???.....oh let me guess i shouldnt be allowed on this forum if i cant use correct grammar is that your view??? are you against foreigners who come into this country who cant speak english 2???

Personally i think his enter key is broken!........but maybe it isnt...then again it must be.... but maybe not........who knows....... or cares...... :p

Dude i cant help you with any issues on the game as some random company havent received their stock yet so have failed to send it out to me the flippin muppets.

Maybe that's why I get the 'connection failed' error because the races I'm connecting to are on the American servers, that are too far away.

How do you change your flag? I bought my copy from England, it even says 'English version' but that's on a sticker that could have been made by the shop. Firstly, I understand the language barrier, so sorry for the above post i made.
Where are you from? Which country? Or are you now in England?

In all fairness with TDU, the online side sucks. Simply...

Most races I've been in are german, with people who cant use mics at all.

In my opinion, play through the singleplayer for a while, untill a patch/update. Atleast untill the online mode is fixed.


I've never noticed the whole "flag" thing, really. Didnt know you could select one or chose one. Maybe its to do with your gamespy ID account? Try going to gamespy website and altering any preferences there is my only thought.

Hope you get something fixed :)

Didn't read the first post, but whenever I go to try to join a race in TDU it joins for a few seconds and then says "player could not be reached" :(
I can be racing around the island with people no problem tho, so I'm guessing it's a gamespy thing or something :confused:

cheers dude, apology accepted. i already tried the gamespyid thing, in my gamespy profile ive chosen the country UK. i dont think you can choose your flag in the game but then if you cant why does it auto give me a usa flag? ive seen england flags in there 2. i was born in lancashire.

can you check yourself on the leader boards once you have completed a challenge just to see what flag is linked to your username?
