Is it possible to connect a standard MP3 player to standard DVD player using summat like a set of leads with a USB plug on one end and a pair of phono plugs on the other end, and plugging directly into one of the inputs onthe dvd player?
The reason I ask is to save having to copy songs to disc and playing back that way.
Cheers.

Why not plug your MP3 player straight into your amplifier?

Unfortunately what you ask is not possible - USB is a digital computer connection, and phono is an analogue connection. You need something in the middle (i.e. a PC). You can just get a 3.5mm mini jack to phono cable though, which will go straight into any amplifier's aux socket(s).

Cheers for the mate, I just realised that me creative gigawork T2.0 have an aux input on the front of one of the speakers so I could use that. I'm not using an external amp btw, just the inbuilt amp in the speakers. :)
