Playing Call of Duty: WaW on the Wii?

Been asked to try to think of something for myself for Christmas as I am a pain in the ass to buy for.

The kids are getting a Wii so thought maybe a game for that would be good.

COD looks pretty good, but I'm new to the Wii so how do you play it and move around etc? Also can you use a gun?

Cheers, but how do you play these kind of games on the Wii?

I'm an old school PS2 gamer so am used to using the old style controller.

How do you move around and shoot etc, and can I use a gun? Or do I need to get a different controller than the normal remote?
