Hi guys, I've been away from the scene for a while and am now totally out of touch with what's the latest & greatest in terms of monitors (and PC stuff in general) I know I need to read through the threads here to get up to date, but I have very little time as my 19" Mitsubishi CRT is flickering on and off and is probably about to give up the ghost...I need to order a replacement monitor asap...hopefully this evening!

Please give me a helping hand by just letting me know generally what are considered to be the best candidates nowadays and then I can research (but without having to start from scratch). I know that I may be considered to be lazy and taking the ****, but I don't need any lengthy responses, just makes & models will be fine.

I have up to approx £350 to spend
I would like a TFT
I want something that will work well with my Xbox360 as i currently can't make use of the high resolution options (looks like widescreen is the way to go now?)
Generally prefer PQ to features (e.g don't need built in speakers)
I like gaming but do it less nowadays - so low response time is preferential but doesn't need to to be the lowest available.

Thanks for any pointers.

Certainly have a look at the 20"WS market. Maybe something like the Dell 2007WFP would be good with it's good all round performance and additional inputs for Xbox :)
