I have a few old games from like 98 i would love to play but i havnt found a OS that plays them, The games are nba live 98 and fifa 98, Nba live 98 demo plays on windows home but not the whole game which is really annoying. and fifa 98 just says insufficient memory haha.

I would really like to play nba live 98, such a funny game!

Are they the type of games that you used to have to install by booting in to DOS mode? I remember a few like that and they won't install in the later operating systems, although if it is one of those then you could always try DOSBox or something for emulation.

Could you give some more details?

Sounds like you need to tweak the config.sys to try and adjust the memory...

And the game I was probably playing most back then was total annihilation :D

I would try the above suggestions. Also, I would try making a Windows 98 virtual machine, with Microsoft Virtual PC (don't use VirtualBox, as it doesn't support Windows 98, and so you'll only get 16 color mode), if you haven't tried that.

If not, just buy an old computer. You'll get the 'full' experience then :p

I'm surprised virtualisation isn't working for you. I believe I ran 98SE in virtualbox for a few months without problems, but I'm not completely sure of this.

Also, any virtual machine is only going to have a virtual graphics card, and because of that, your games may not run in a virtual machine.
