Playing games on my new build.. (lines)

It's hard to explain. I've got a new i5 760/GTX 460 build and when playing games i seems to get wierd lines. I'm currently playing on my 32inch HDTV in a 1360 x 768 resolution.

Bad Company 2 seems to run fine as far as i can tell.
Darksiders seems to have lines phasing in on cutscenes.
Mass Effect (the first one) seems to be blurred, have inconsistancys and the same lines i'm talking about with Darksiders.

can you get a photo with a camera/screenshot of it and upload it to photobucket or imageshack or something?

Turn VSync on, sounds like tearing.

Yeah, does sound like tearing, Darksiders has loads of tearing in the fast moving sections of cutscenes without vysnc on.
