Hi.

I have two monitors, both Samsung 23". One is 3D, however. I like to browse and do general things with my standard 60Hz monitor and play games on the 120Hz 3D monitor.

Is there a way to make my games run on the 3D (secondary) display automatically when I open them? I would like the other to be my primary (shows desktop, has the taskbar etc; I have the extended option selected in display properties).

Also, is there a way to quickly tab between the monitors when I'm playing a game? Just so I can answer skype messages/calls and using the internet without alt tabbing?

Cheers

No you don't get to tell the games on which monitors they should start (a few very rare exceptions aside).

If I'm not mistaking multimon (free version) allows you have a second taskbar however which might be an acceptable alternative?

games will always start on your primary monitor, you can change this in your video card settings, your physical layout doesnt matter, so just move your task bar and stuff over to your secondary monitor once they are setup.

you wont be able to avoid alt tabbing though as it changes your computers focus.. needed to free up your mouse. the only way i can say around this, is to play your games in windowed mode and set the resolution to match you screen.. you will have window boarders though, so its not a perfect solution
