Hey all,

Now let me first metion before anyone gets angry that this is all legal.

I work at a large games store, and since they sucessfully trialed early release to staff with Fifa 11, they have received permision to do the same with all games, bar key titles such as CoD, Halo and etc.

So now having a copy of MoH sitting in my hands:

I just have to wonder, am I acutaly able to play this, or will Microsoft look at my profile and think Hmmm?

Thanks,
Jcb33.

Well as it is a legal copy you should be fine to play doubt many people will be online and if you play it online your stats may get wiped for when its official out to make it fair for every one else.

Well if your company has been allowed it then I cant see why they would mind. I assume you are only going to play offline.

I dont think even the cracked ones get in trouble so you should be fine. I would post a picture with a hand written note on it with your OCUK name on it just to prove that it is genuine or people on here will think you just have a cracked version.

Anyone can download a picture and claim it is real just so they can talk about it. Replace your picture and put something with your OCUK name on it.

im pretty sure that you would have to play offline because as soon as you go online it will be a ban possibly. your work should have warned ppl taking pre-release games will need to take care.

Have you got anything in writing from your company? If at worst you do get banned no doubt MS will need proof of you being able to play it early (I presume games journalists must have something similar organised - theres a few here that might be able to comment)

Just being told by my Manager just wouldnt be enough IMO and I suspect if you did get banned if you spun that line they would laugh all the way to the bank :p

ps3ud0

The head office sent an internal email through to all stores saying it was now fine to do.... Will see if I can get a copy of that!

Picture is a fake that is Kingsmill not Hovis.......:D

If your worried about playing it feel free to post to me and i will fully test it out and make sure you will be ok......

Its been said countless times before ever major release by someone from MS or a dev that you will not get banned for playing a legit copy online before release....ever.
