Playing Half Life for the first time....

Have you tried changing a few settings in the Xonar control panel? Might be an idea to mess around with it unless reported by other players as a common issue?

Common problem apparently for HL:Source according to steam forums, something to do with the game engine incoporating the source code. No fix for it at all.:(

Er, hang on - I swear there was only one page when I hit "reply" o_O
 
Wow this is a looooooong game!

Currently at: Section c1a4b: GETTING TO THE ROCKET FIRING AREA

Used a walkthrough a little as I got a stuck and was running around in a circle.... Anyway back on track now.....
Mainly been playing lunchtimes at work and the odd occasions at home.
 
Cheers, will take a look when I get a chance.... I take it best to watch it after completing the game or?
